[4] When a special demurrer is well founded the merits of the general demurrer are immaterial. ( Cruse v. Grubbs, 121 Cal.App. 554, 559 [ 9 P.2d 520].) [5] Appellants contend that since they alleged only one distinct primary right of their own to have been violated and but one wrong against that right by respondents, therefore only one cause of action is stated.
