Julius J. CRUSAW, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.

Julius J. Crusaw, pro se, Petitioner.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Trisha Meggs Pate, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Per Curiam.

The "petition for all writs" is treated as a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Because Petitioner has not shown manifest injustice, the petition is dismissed as procedurally barred. See Baker v. State , 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004).

B.L. Thomas, Osterhaus, and M.K. Thomas, JJ., concur.
