ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 6, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 6, 2023, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents or file status reports regarding the then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner as the additional address listed in respondent's Status Report.
