An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 2, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time within which to perfect said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence received from counsel for defendant-appellant dated June 6, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for an enlargement to perfect the aforementioned appeal is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
