Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 27, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03382) and July 29, 2022 (Case No. 2022-03458), and said appeals having been perfected, And plaintiff-respondent Crown Castle AS LLC having moved for an order enlarging and supplementing the Record on Appeal to include a certain Confidentiality Stipulation and a certain Electronically Stored Information Agreement, each executed by the parties and so-ordered by the trial court, and granting counsel permission to refer to said documents at the oral argument of the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
