ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court' New York City, New York, trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2023. On March 20, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that a settlement in this case had likely been reached but a premature assessment needs to be reversed before they can prepare a Decision document and that they expect to submit to the Court a fully stipulated decision resolving this case once the account problems are corrected.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced calendar, and the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
