DANIEL MORGAN CROW, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 1 Grayson County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2019-1-0957
ORDER
The reporter's record was due on April 13, 2020. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Deana West and directed her to file the reporter's record or written verification it had not been reported or requested. On April 17, 2020, Ms. West notified the Court in writing that appellant had not requested the reporter's record.
We, in turn, notified appellant on April 20, 2020, and instructed him to provide this Court with written verification he (1) had requested preparation of the reporter's record, and (2) had paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee or had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that the failure to provide this information to the Court by April 30, 2020 would result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. To date, we have had no communication from appellant regarding the reporter's record, and the reporter's record has not been filed.
Therefore, we ORDER this appeal submitted without the reporter's record. We ORDER appellant's brief due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Deana West, court reporter, County Court at Law No. 1, to Daniel Morgan Crow, and to the Grayson County District Attorney's Office.
