CHRISTOPHER CROUCH, Petitioner, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Respondent.

Alan S. Ross of Robbins, Tunkey, Ross, Amsel, Raben & Waxman, P.A., Miami, for petitioner. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Allen R. Geesey, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for respondent.

Petition for writ of habeas corpus to the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Andrew Siegel, Judge; L.T. Case No. 11-6049 CF10A.

Alan S. Ross of Robbins, Tunkey, Ross, Amsel, Raben & Waxman, P.A., Miami, for petitioner.

Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Allen R. Geesey, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for respondent. PER CURIAM.

The record submitted to this court is inadequate to consider petitioner's application for writ of habeas corpus to review denial of his motion to reinstate pretrial release. See State v. S.M., 131 So. 3d 780, 784 (Fla. 2013); King v. Byrd, 590 So. 2d 2, 3 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991).

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to petitioner reapplying for reinstatement in the trial court. Byrd, 590 So. 2d at 3.

Dismissed without prejudice. CIKLIN, TAYLOR and GERBER, JJ., concur.
