ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION AND DISMISSING PETITION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS


Petitioner BRENT KEITH CROSSMAN has filed with this Court a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On April 15, 2002, the United States Magistrate Judge issued a Report and Recommendation in this cause, recommending therein that the petition for a writ of habeas corpus be dismissed. No objections to the Report and Recommendation have been filed.

The undersigned United States District Judge has made an independent examination of the record in this case and has examined the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. The District Judge is of the opinion the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation should be, and hereby is, ADOPTED. Accordingly, the petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed by petitioner is hereby DISMISSED.

LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
