Disposition: The interlocutory appeal filed by Crossgates Methodist Children's Center, et al., is dismissed. The interlocutory appeal filed by the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, Inc., is dismissed and the stay of the trial-court proceedings is vacated. All costs associated with the dismissed interlocutory appeals shall be assessed to the appellants.
