Plaintiff CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE LLC, and Defendant GUILD MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC (the “Parties”), through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate that Plaintiff's Complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
The Parties agree to dismiss the instant action without waiver of either Parties' right to recover, in a subsequent or separate action, fees and costs incurred in the instant action.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the [14] Stipulation is DENIED as moot.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk is instructed to close the case.
