Farrell Wayne CROSS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Farrell Wayne Cross appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision. We deny Mr. Cross’s motion to remand for consideration of newly-discovered evidence. Wilson v. State , 813 S.W.2d 833, 834-35 (Mo. 1991). We affirm the motion court’s judgment. Rule 84.16(b)(2)&(5).
