DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Finkelstein & Partners, LLP to withdraw as counsel for appellant and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that appellant's attorneys are granted permission to withdraw as counsel to appellant on the appeal and no further proceedings shall be taken until December 17, 2012, which shall be mailed to appellant by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c).
