ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE DISMISSAL

The "Order," filed July 7, 2011, required that Plaintiff promptly serve the Summons and Complaint and file a proof of such service within thirty days (30) days of July 7, 2011. Plaintiff failed to do so.

Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that, on or before September 19, 2011, Plaintiff shall file a declaration, signed under penalty of perjury, attempting to show cause, if there be any, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and/or for failure to comply with the Court's prior order. Failure timely to comply with this Order to Show Cause may result in the dismissal of this case.
