ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On July 19, 2021, petitioners filed an imperfect petition to commence this case. By Order issued October 22, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to file an amended petition on or before December 6, 2021.

On December 1, 2021, respondent filed an answer to the petition. Thereafter, the Court placed in the record petitioners' First Amendment to Petition, which was received on and filed as of November 29, 2021.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's answer filed December 1, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, respondent shall file an answer to petition, as amended.
