ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge

On August 16, 2021, petitioner Michael Crosby filed with the Court Petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time which requests the Court grant additional time in which to file a response to respondent's First Request for Admissions, filed June 4, 2021; and to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed on June 22, 2021. Petitioner is attempting to enlist low-income taxpayer assistance, and to acquire his boxes of documents that are in the possession of Legal Services New Jersey. Petitioner requested that the Court grant a sixty (60) day extension.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, filed August 16, 2021, is granted in that the time in which petitioner has to file a response to respondent's First Request for Admissions, filed June 4, 2021, is extended to November 15, 2021; and that time in which petitioner has to file a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed on June 22, 2021 is extended to November 15, 2021.
