This case was abated for mediation on April 16, 2024. On August 15, 2024, the parties informed this Court that they have reached a resolution and settlement of their case and require an additional 60 days to finalize the settlement. Accordingly, the appeal remains abated, and we direct the parties to file a status update on mediation no later than October 28, 2024.
