Opinion

In re Cronley, Carolee C.; Cronley, Gerald J.;—Plaintiff(s); Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court Div. D, No. 723–167; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 13–CA–789.

Granted. The Court of Appeal erred in finding the Trial Court abused its discretion. The decision of the Trial Court is reinstated.
