Apr 30, 1996
671 So. 2d 210 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1996)

Opinion

No. 95-2644.

March 27, 1996. Rehearing Denied April 30, 1996.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Leon County; Nikki Clark, Judge.

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender and P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Gary Cromartie, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General and James W. Rogers, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

After careful review of the record in this Anders appeal from a plea of nolo contendere, we affirm the conviction and sentence. We remand the case to the trial court, however, for entry of a written order of probation revocation, because none appears in the record. See Eckhart v. State, 670 So.2d 977, (Fla. 1st DCA 1996); Wiggers v. State, 652 So.2d 1294 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995).

ERVIN, MINER and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., concur.
