On Remand from the Supreme Court


The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court's judgment of January 12, 2001, and has remanded the case. See Ex parte Ferguson, 819 So.2d 622 (Ala. 2001). The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
