ORDER

On July 5, 2023, respondent filed an Answer at Docket Index No. 6. On the same date, respondent also filed an Answer at Docket Index No. 7. These Answers are duplicative, except that respondent failed to redact the taxpayer identification number in full from the copy of the Notice of Deficiency attached to the Answer filed at Docket Index No. 6.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer filed at Docket Index No. 6 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Answer filed at Docket Index No. 6 shall be sealed and retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
