ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on March 20, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. On February 24, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on November 18, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties report that they have reached a basis for settlement, resolving all issues in this case. The parties further report that in order to prepare a decision document, respondent's counsel must obtain computations from the Internal Revenue Service Independent Office of Appeals. Accordingly, the parties request 60 days to obtain computations and to file the decision document with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the March 20, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 28, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
