This collection due process case is calendared on the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On June 5, 2021, petitioner mailed a letter to the Court requesting "a withdrawal of [his] case." He represents that he will satisfy his liabilities "before the end of the year." In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 4, 2021, Los Angeles, California, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before September 20, 2021, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of this case. If and when petitioner completes his payments, either party may move to dismiss the case as moot.
