DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve the record and the appellant's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 6, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve the record and the appellant's brief is enlarged until March 19, 2012, and the appellant shall serve the record and the appellant's brief and file proof of service with the Clerk of the Court on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before April 18, 2012.
