This case is calendared for trial at the September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court.    

On August 3, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (motion) stating that additional time is needed for the parties to work towards a settlement. Petitioners do not object to the granting of this motion.      

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is        

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 3, 2022, is granted.  It is further    

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session, and is continued generally.
