We have carefully reviewed the record in this case. We reverse the summary judgment appealed from with directions to enter a judgment directing payment of the trust benefits to Jo Ann Holton Crisp, under the authority of Rogers v. Rogers, 152 So.2d 183 (Fla.App. 1st, 1963).

Reversed with directions.
