Lawrence Crimlis, Plaintiff, v. The City of New York, Defendant-Respondent, -and- Bleecker Tower Tenants Corp., Defendant-Appellant, -and- Atrium, and the Atrium Trading Group, Inc., Defendants.
Defendant/second third-party plaintiff-appellant, Bleecker Tower Tenants Corp. (Bleecker), having taken appeals from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 21, 2018, and on or about February 14, 2019, And, Bleecker having moved pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of its appeal from the order entered May 21, 2018 and, upon reinstatement, for a further enlargement of time to perfect said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal of appeal from the order entered May 21, 2018 and enlarging the time to perfect same to the October 2019 Term.
