In an action for a judicial separation, the defendant husband appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 2, 1961, upon the decision of the court, after a nonjury trial, in favor of the plaintiff wife, as granted her a separation on the ground of abandonment and as directed him to pay her $50 a week for the support of herself and their infant child. Judgment insofar as appealed from affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
