In Re: C.R.H., applying for supervisory writs, Family Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 161114. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND PENZATO, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. As a party objecting to the October 26, 2016 order granting temporary sole custody of the minor child to her mother, D.L.H., with supervised visitation granted to the child's father, C.R.H., the father's remedy is to appear before the trial court so that the trial court may promptly consider the merits of this matter and render a final judgment. See Suazo v. Suazo, 2010-0111 (La. App. 1st Cir. 6/11/10), 39 So.3d 830. We find no error in the trial court's decision not to release the child's counseling records, but opine that likewise it should not be support for a judgment.
