Appeal from order entered on May 15, 1942, unanimously dismissed. Order entered on or about July 11, 1942, unanimously modified by granting the motion to the extent of striking out as prejudicial and irrelevant those allegations of paragraphs "3" and "5" of the second amended complaint referred to in items "d", "e", "f" and "g" of subdivision "2" of the notice of motion, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
