ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On January 4, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to compel production of documents. The Court held a conference call the following day, during which the parties indicated that they would try to resolve the issue without Court involvement.

On February 23, 2022, the Court held another conference call with the parties. Counsel for the Commissioner at that time apprised the Court that the motion to compel had not been resolved. Petitioner's counsel requested time to file a response. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 9, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents.
