MEMORANDUM OPINION


By order issued July 17, 2003, the Court ordered appellant to pay the $125 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. The order warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
