CREDIT SUISSE AG, CAYMAN ISLANDS BRANCH AND CREDIT SUISSE (USA) LLC, Appellants v. CLAYMORE HOLDINGS, LLC, Appellee

On Appeal from the 134th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-13-07858

ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE

Before the Court is court reporter Tina Thompson's August 23, 2021 request for a thirty-day extension of time to file the reporter's record. It appears the request is based on a deadline of August 24th in accordance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 35.1. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.1. However, because appellants' docketing statement reflects a request for findings of fact and conclusions of law was timely filed, the deadline for the filing of the record is October 25th. See id. 4.1, 26.1(a), 35.1(a). Accordingly, we DENY the request as premature.
