The reporter's record in this appeal was first due January 2, 2016. Although we extended the deadline to June 10, 2016 at court reporter Vielica Dobbins's request, the record has not been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Dobbins to file the reporter's record no later than August 1, 2016. We caution Ms. Dobbins that failure to comply may result in an order she not sit until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Dale B. Tillery, Presiding Judge of the 134th Judicial District Court; Ms. Dobbins; and the parties.
