BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

In light of the circuit court's June 12, 2014, order granting plaintiffs' motion to drop two parties from certain counts of the second amended complaint, this petition for writ of certiorari is treated as a notice of appeal of the circuit court's April 17, 2014, final summary judgment, and this case will proceed as a final appeal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110. Within 15 days of this order, the circuit court clerk shall certify the enclosed copy of the first page of the petition as a notice of appeal and transmit it to this court. The clerk of the circuit court shall prepare the record prescribed by rule 9.200 within 50 days of the date of this order. The appellant shall serve the initial brief within 70 days of the date of this order.

This court's provisional stay of the April 17, 2014, final summary judgment, as provided in this court's June 11, 2014, order, is lifted.
