Upon due consideration of Mr. Crawford's status report, filed April 2, 2024, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 3, 2024, the parties shall file a report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. In this report, counsel for Mr. Crawford shall provide details on his then-present health status, and counsel shall propose a date whereby he and Mr. Crawford can respond or object to the pending Motion for Summary Judgment, filed February 2, 2024.
