This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on petitioners' oral motion for continuance, made September 11, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 11, 2023.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' oral motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for failure properly to prosecute, filed August 21, 2023, is denied, without prejudice.

The parties are advised that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, this case will be set for trial during the Court's 2024 winter term.
