Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is
ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served April 25, 2024, at a time and date certain of 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing in this case on Monday, September 23, 2024, as previously directed and need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order served April 25, 2024.
The Court is inclined to grant the motion. The hearing will focus on the scope and timing of the further administrative proceedings contemplated by the parties.
