Appeal, No. 389, Jan. T., 1937, from judgment of Superior Court, April T., 1937, No. 50, affirming decree of O. C. Crawford Co., Nov. T., 1931, No. 24, in Estate of William Cramm, deceased. Judgment affirmed.
Petition and rule by widow on executrix to show cause why the widow's election to take against the will should not be recorded and filed as of a date within the time required by statute.
The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 127 Pa. Super. 446.
Order entered directing executrix to record and file election, opinion by KENT, P. J. Devisees appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the decree of the orphans' court. Appeal allowed to Supreme Court.
Errors assigned were the action of the Superior Court in failing to sustain the assignment of error and in affirming the decree of the lower court.
