The Court, having considered Plaintiff craigslist, Inc.'s Administrative Motion for (1) Leave to Take Third-Party Discovery and (2) Relief From the Order Setting Initial Case Management Conference ("Motion"), and having considered the moving papers, the Declaration of Jeremy Buxbaum filed in support of the Motion, files in the record, and good cause having been shown, GRANTS the Motion.
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
(A) craigslist may serve discovery on third parties including payment processors, financial institutions, affiliate networks, and any identifiable associates, current and former employees and current and former officers of Defendants' companies;
(B) The deadline for craigslist to file its Motion for Entry of Default Judgment is December 17, 2010; and
(C) The Case Management Conference scheduled for August 27, 2010 is continued to March 18, 2011.
