Petitioner's Motion to Clarify has been treated as a motion for reinstatement and is hereby granted. It is ordered that the above case is reinstated.

Petitioner's jurisdictional brief with appendix, which was filed with this Court on June 9, 2006, does not comply with Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.120(d) and 9.210 and is hereby stricken. Petitioner is hereby directed, on or before October 18, 2006, to serve an original and five copies of an amended brief with appendix which does not exceed ten pages in length. The table of contents and citation of authorities shall be excluded from the computation. The Appendix shall contain only a conformed copy of the decision of the district court of appeal and shall be separately bound or separated from the brief by a divider and appropriate tab.
