The clerk's record is incomplete because it does not include the punishment jury charge and verdict and the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk to file within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order a supplemental clerk's record containing the punishment jury charge and verdict and the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. If either of these documents have not been filed with the district clerk, then the district clerk shall file within that time a written statement identifying the document not filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
