SUSAN ELAINE CRAIG, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F21-00636

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE.

Before the Court is court reporter Michelle Beltran's November 14, 2023 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. In the request, Ms. Beltran explains that she had not begun preparing the reporter's record because, although the record had been requested and designated by appellant's counsel, appellant had not paid for preparation of the reporter's record and appellant had not been approved for a no-cost record. Ms. Beltran also stated that the record would be over 900 pages. On November 30, 2023, the trial court granted appellant's motion for a no-cost appellate record.

We GRANT the request for extension of time to file the reporter's record and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before JANUARY 2, 2024. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c) (limiting each extension of time to file the record to thirty days).
