Appeal, No. 222, March T., 1964, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1959, No. 3174, in case of Anne Craig and James Craig, her husband, v. Wayne Fulton. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before CERCONE, J.

Verdict entered for wife plaintiff in amount of $34,000 and for husband plaintiff in amount of $2,000, defendant's motion for new trial dismissed and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed.

Judgment affirmed.

Mr. Chief Justice BELL and Mr. Justice ROBERTS believe the verdict was excessive and would order a new trial.
