APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1451necessity that complaint state cause of action. Where the trial court had entered judgment in bar of suit and for costs, and on review it did not appear that an amended complaint set forth necessary elements of a cause or causes of action upon which issues could be joined, judgment in bar of suit was affirmed.
