June 26, 2000.
ORDER
This action is before the Court on a motion to dismiss (Docs. 5 and 6) filed by Fisher-Brown Incorporated (Fisher-Brown), one of the defendants herein. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in Fisher-Brown's accompanying brief (Doc. 6), it is ORDERED that Fisher-Brown's motion to dismiss be and is hereby GRANTED in that the complaint against Fisher-Brown be and is hereby DISMISSED pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
