ORDER


This action is before the Court on a motion to dismiss (Docs. 5 and 6) filed by Fisher-Brown Incorporated (Fisher-Brown), one of the defendants herein. The plaintiffs were required, pursuant to the Court's Order of June 7, 2000, (Doc. 7), to respond to this motion by June 19, 2000. Plaintiffs have neither responded nor requested an extension of time within which to comply with the Court's Order. The plaintiffs have, therefore, offered no opposition or objection to the motion and it shall be granted as uncontested.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in Fisher-Brown's accompanying brief (Doc. 6), it is ORDERED that Fisher-Brown's motion to dismiss be and is hereby GRANTED in that the complaint against Fisher-Brown be and is hereby DISMISSED pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
