ORDER
A petition for certification of the judgment in A-00215 8-21 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to Issue II of the petition, concerning the application of the second prong of the Sexual Assault Survivor's Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-13 to -21. Certification is denied as to all other issues.
