ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On January 22, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's February 12, 2024 Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session. No appearance was made by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before March 13, 2024, show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute should not be granted and a decision entered in this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the Undersigned.
