Error from Tulsa County, Court of Common Pleas; Font L. Allen, Judge.

Action between Pete Cozzi, doing business under the name of Tulsa Terrazzo Mosaic Co., P. Cristofoli. From a judgment in favor of the latter, the former brings error. Reversed and remanded.

Upon authority of Ellis v. Outler, 25 Okla. 469, 106 P. 957, this cause is reversed and remanded for new trial for failure of defendant in error to file brief as provided in rule 7 of the court.
