On February 13, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss Taxable Year 2019 on Grounds of Mootness (Doc. 16). Later on February 13, 2024, respondent filed a second Motion to Dismiss Taxable Year 2019 on Grounds of Mootness (Doc. 17). The second Motion appears to be a duplicate of the first except the first Motion bears no date of signature and the Certificate of Service bears no date.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss Taxable Year 2019 on Grounds of Mootness (Doc. 16) filed on February 13, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 15, 2024, petitioner shall file with the Court and serve on respondent a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss Taxable Year 2019 on Grounds of Mootness (Doc. 17) filed on February 13, 2024.
